Once a developer hands over a home, we take on the buyer's defects and snags during the warranty period. Attend, fix, sign off, and keep the developer informed on every job.

The issue comes in from the developer, landlord or resident and is logged the same day.
We arrange a time that suits the resident and confirm it with them directly.
Our operatives attend, put it right first time where they can, and leave the home clean.
The client gets confirmation and photos, and the job is closed.
Every job we take on is logged, scheduled and tracked in Premier Planner, our job management system. The office plans the work, our operatives get their jobs on their phones, and photos and completion notes come back with the job.
